This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping street and Chinatown in district 1, making it a great place to stay for exploring the city. Despite being a basic hotel, it offers all the necessary amenities, and the rooms, although in need of some refurbishment, have a window overlooking the hallway. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

This hotel is in a really good location, right in the heart of the city and close to the shopping street. The value for money is great, especially considering the big rooms and basic amenities provided. The staff here are excellent, with their friendly and helpful service standing out.
The TV reception in the room could be improved for clearer images.

Courteous and helpful service from staff, particularly front office manager. On the night of our arrival, a large, noisy school tour was in the hotel. Manager dealt with this by relocating us to a VIP room on a quiet floor for the night. The front office staff also assisted tremendously with tour bookings and advice on restaurants etc.
Hot water takes a fair while to come on for the shower and is only luke warm some times during the day. Restaurant food is very fresh but preparation takes a while. Some wait staff were still in training.

Very good localisation
I took a Superior room but there was no window and the room was very humid. I changed for Deluxe room ( 10 usd more per night), it was better, I had a small window but the room was always a little humid. And not only the room, the hotel was humid and I didn't know why ! The breakfast was important but almost exlusively salty food.

Good price, helpful staff, central location. the best aspects of this hotel are the price, which is very reasonable, and the staff who are very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. the location of the hotel is also very central, which means that everything is within easy reach and it is easy to get around. this hotel offers good value for money and is a good choice for travellers on a budget.
Poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, noisy rooms.

Staff were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile, espcially the restaurant breakfast md. He was great, and even knew what we wanted for breakfast after day 2. Location was also good, a few mins walk down to Ben Than Market. The breakfast spread was also surprisingly good, with a selection of eastern and western food, and also freshly cooked eggs to order.
Nothing, it was great. But I would suggest to ask for a room on a high floor like us as you dont get any noise.

During our recent stay, we were impressed by the hotel's convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a variety of tasty dishes. the hotel also offered good facilities like comfortable beds, free Nescafe in the room, and helpful toiletries replacement.
One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of a decent window view.

The hotel is well placed and good value for money and I would stay there again.
The breakfast was a bizarre mix of different foods, some of which I have never seen supplied at breakfast before (Calzone, Barritos, Deep fried bananas, cheesecake). The room could have benefited from a second bedside table and somewhere to put clothes in instead of living out of the suitcase.

Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Stayed at the deluxe premium room, it was very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast they served had quite a good spread too. I would stay there again if I go back to Ho Chi Minh.
